  • Designate a primary point of contact with authority to approve recommendations and content
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights
  • Comply with search engine guidelines and not request prohibited optimization tactics

5. SEO Performance Disclaimer

Search engine optimization results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitive activity, and client implementation of recommendations. While we employ proven white-hat methodologies and set realistic expectations, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Past performance described in case studies does not guarantee future results for any individual client.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law and may result in suspension of services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

8. Limitation of Liability

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification—shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
